    Zero for customer service . No one reads or replies the messages with requests in a timely manner. Take days to reply or simply ignore the messages clients send its unacceptable. The contempt for the client that pays is unheard of for a 4 star hotel

    Hotel Staff is very good, friendly and co-operative. Hotel location is good. Prime but quiet, just a few minutes walk from Retiro park.
    The building is extended portion of CROWNE PLAZA, probably acquired and renamed. A long walk through hotel crowne plaza to reach at the place of check-in. Very few, small and extremely slow elevators. Rooms are very small for 350 / night charge.
