Enjoyed my stay. Staff were lovely but there was a long delay in checking in and miscommunication with regards to buffet breakfast that was paid for during check in. It made the experience quite irritating being asked multiple times to pay, after already having paid and it being in the system

Hotel Managers should Improve on Maintenance Culture.
Radisson Anchorage. Great Location and Courteous staff. Nice sea view from the room. Clean Bed.
This is my second stay in Radission and all I saw is a drastic drop in quality compared to my first visit. For a 5 star hotel the facility managers can do better. The washing hand Basin drain in my Toilet was obviously faulty and I was allowed to check into the room without prior repair, the drain in the shower was also blocked causing a whole mess of water and a terrible Bathroom experience. The hallway has an unpleasant moist smell that I can't explain,it needs to be checked. The breakfast Buffet also lacks variety.

Good stay quality location.
The location and the quality construction. The selection of whisky was world class as well.
No decision making authority of the staff. I was served spoilt meat one night which I returned and the item was still on my bill which I refused to pay. The staff person didnt have any authority to remove that items from my bill and instead chose to make me wait half an hour without any action.
