Its ideally located for Heathrow. Check in was also seamless.
There was no TV remote in the room, and it was dropped off after a second phone call. The soap dispenser was broken, and the hair conditioner dispenser was empty.

Room good, didn't have breakfast. shuttle to T3 very good
Arrived approx. thought we would have a snack or some food in the bar area with family - thought choice was very poor and certainly not value for money.

Good airport hotel
The hotel is nice and perfect for a night before an early flight. The airport shuttle connects the hotel with the airport in less than 15 minutes. The staff was super friendly and Check In was fast and easy. The room was rather small but clean and comfortable, so more than enough for one night. I had dinner in the bar of the hotel and it was delicious, definitely pricey but it's a airport hotel in London so I didn't expect anything else.
The room was small, but enough for a night. It would be difficult though to open a big suitcase.
