    The Radisson Hotel Charlotte Airport is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with spacious showers and comfy beds. The airport shuttle service was reliable and prompt. (Read More) The front desk staff, particularly Anthony, was friendly and helpful, even recommending places to order food. Overall, the reviewers were very satisfied and would stay at this hotel again.

    The bed was comfortable The shuttle was ontime
    There was no hair dryer in the room and when I called and asked for one, they could not find any to spare. Also no iron, only one bar of soap and the notepad on the nightstand was water soaked.

    The only upside was Brandy, the woman working the front desk. She was doing her best each day, but one person cannot manage check and perform house cleaning duties.
    The 3 of the 5 pillows had mystery stains on them, and so did the wood head board and wall above the bed. The carpet was also stained There was only one staff member in the whole hotel, so we had to go downstairs for clean towel sets and even tissue, which was not in the room . We will never stay here again.

    A great hotel to stay in Charlotte
    The location and room is excellent. The staff are super nice. Parking is free. The price is super nice.
    No breakfast option and no microwave oven inside the room. The hotel can think about this.

    Good for one night!
    Great for one night. Really nice staff! Clean room. Open parking even when we arrived at 2am.
    TV remote didn't have arrows to navigate the menus/guide so we had to channel surf until we found something. Towels smelled kinda funny.

    The staff was very helpful and friendly and having the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was brilliant.
    i think having a bit more access for food on late flights would be great .
