There was barely anyone in the hotel.
There was hardly anyone in the hotel Christmas night of 2023. I needed to be on the first floor, OR very close to the elevator due to a knee injury. Still, Gina put me at the VERY end of the hall on the 3rd floor. Very sad, because the hotel is midway between my two homes. I will start looking for another hotel in the area since they are not able to accommodate my special needs. ALSO, breakfast was more than 30 minutes late.

The price, the quality of service and product. Comfortable. Quite and out of the way location, yet next to major highway and only a 5 minute drive into town. I'm positive I found the hotel I want to stay at from now on when I make my traditional one a year visit to Tuscaloosa for an Alabama football game!
Some parts of the property are a little beat up. The property is tucked away in a little corner and it's a little tricky driving to property from the main road, and you basically have to drive through a separate hotel properties parking lot to get this hotels parking. Also the parking spaces are a little sporadic and all over the place, with lots of delivery trucks and semi truck tractors parked taking up lots of spaces. But all this did not ruin my stay here.

Filthy hotel room
Nothing.
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Our room reeked of weed and bleach. The chair in our room was torn up and had some kind of bugs on it. Sheets on the bed had stains and so did the pillows. The staff were too busy watching football to help us and when we asked about getting a refund, we were told that there was no manage on site. We did not stay and since the hotels were all sold out, we were forced to drive back home. Extremely disappointed. No way we are paying $483 for this hotel.

Convenient location for Alabama football game
It was 10 minutes from the university of alabama. There was a goodie bag with waters and snacks in the room when I arrived.
Breakfast was just so so. Cleanliness could have been better also. The lampshade in our room was stained and dirty as were a couple of the pillowcases.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The building was dirty and our room smelled like dirty dog covered by pet-fresh carpet powder. The floor was sticky and felt not clean.

Held hostage by the hotels in Tuscaloosa on game weekends. The cleanliness is not up to par.
Coffee decent. Check in staff nice and helpful. Breakfast staff nice and kept tables clean.
Not very clean; although I appreciate the hard floors in rooms instead of carpet. Sheets and cover had stains on them. Windows havent been washed in years. The cover on the chair in our room was cracked .
