Disappointing

Not as advertised leading to a poor experience.

The staff were very good and the room was comfortable.

There was some odd setups at these apartments which were disappointing. The description of the apartments advertised a sauna which was a requirement of ours when booking but there was no Sauna. The description advertised breakfast however did not advise this was only Monday to Friday. Towels were only changed every second day which was not sufficient. Shampoo and soap were made available but only for 2 people and there were 5 of us and then Top up of these was only available on request.

Amazing service, location and value for money!

The staff is so helpful, friendly and flexible. Absolutely the best service. The apartments are great value for money, simple but very functional, spacious and well furnished. The roof terrace with the open air pool surrounded by trees is a lovely touch. Location is perfect.

The gym could be a little better maintained, the water dispenser didn't have cups to drink, and tbe treadmill has several buttons not working. Also it would be very helpful if the lounge used for breakfast was open the rest of the day when one needs a quiet place to work.

- location, close to MRT stations, orchard road and Fort Canning park - breadfast, it has eveything we need, bread, cheese, egg, milk, yoghurt, cornflakes, fresh fruits, juice, cakes, coffee/tee, etc. the ladies working in the kitchen are very friendly. You can either sit in the lounge with air-conditioning or by the pool in the free air. - washing machine/dryer in the apartment

The bathroom is a bit small

Thanks to the girls at the front counter who were very friendly and helpful!

The location of this Adina, the facilities of the apartment, especially the wash machine with dry-up feature Everything is convenient at hand and the room is spacious. I would like to stay with Adina next time even when I travel outside of Singapore because I believe the Adina service elsewhere is the same warm as that of Adina Singapore Orchard.

It would be perfect if the room service is everyday or every other day rather than every Monday, Wendesday, Friday.

Superb

Comfortable stay and good for families.

The location is close to various malls within walking distance. Great to have washer/dryer in the room and well equipped kitchen. Nice welcome package in room and receptionist came to our room on arrival to explain everything thing in our suite. Close to bus service and used Grab (if you have an infant you must required a certain type for car seat).

There was a lot of traffic & construction noise. Good breakfast but wish they could change it up every other day, same menu everyday. But glad it was offered on the weekdays.
