Easy communication with staff for check in and check out

They turn off the heater the second night and the portable heater they left in the room was not working, one of us got a cold from having a really cold night sleep

Hostel type situation would be fine for youth and on a low budget with no expectations.

I liked nothing about this property.

Travelling with my son. After standing outside in the freezing cold talking to a girl on the intercom that couldnt be bothered coming downstairs to assist due to security lock on front door not responding. I witnessed this happen with two other guests . 20 minutes and we finally got somewhere but not with assistance. Dooner covers and pillow cases on the beds smelt terrible, heating wasnt working and good luck dragging your bags up two flights of stairs. Nothing to like for the price we paid on the night.

Tiny room, no private bathroom

The hotel has a good location and not a far walk to get to Princes Street or the old town. I did not meet any staff in person but communication with them was great after reporting noisy guests in the room next door. They were helpful and responded quickly. The bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom.

I did not like that there was not a bathroom in the room. I may have over looked this when booking so it was quite a shock when I arrived. Thankfully the room was located right next door to the bathroom. I did not see any other bathroom besides the one on the top floor. The bathroom was only one toilet with no basin and one shower. The shower had low water pressure and the shower head did not stay in place and had to be mostly handheld. If you don't like stairs, this is not the place for you!

Absolutely brilliant stay!

The comfort of the room was incredible. But everything put together made the experience absolutely unforgettable: the location, the kindness from staff, the price, the cleanliness of the facilities that are also well kept... amazing stay this was!

Perfect location and value for money for our large party of 5.

Expectedly, 5 beds in a very large room is a little cramped but it was very manageable. Can't beat the location. Excellent choice.

Very easy checkin and check out. Clear communication from the hotel management team. Cleanliness. Compact but very efficient facilities

Excellent for a family going to the Playhouse

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Clear check in instructions and easy check out. Perfect for an overnight for a family if youre seeing a show at the Playhouse. Also, good restaurants nearby.
