    First and last time visiting Cancun.
    Appearance was ok and. Jew of Marina was nice
    1. Location 2. No affordable, authentic local type restaurants 3. Had to Uber most places 4. Construction next door was very loud daily 5. Cigarette butts on the balcony (never cleaned)

    Great facilities, very clean and very pretty
    Its a bit too far from the Zona hotelera and each taxi could cost us around 80 bucks. Good if you are going to Cancun on business, not so good for holidays.

    Nice Hotel, Not a Good Value
    The room was great. Quite comfortable. The view toward the water was nice. Many good restaurants just a short walk away.
    The front desk staff caused problems. We added a third person to our reservation (we had a suite with a pull-out couch). We were told the additional $50/night included breakfast for the person. The front desk then called several hours later to tell us it did not, and breakfast would be an additional $35 per night for the additional person. This, after we were already paying $600/night for the suite. The issue was handled quite poorly. Most hotels get into your pocket however they can. The Renaissance took it to another level. There was a charge for everything.

    Nice spacious room and good location.
    We are being told that we can have access to the beach club nearby. However, they omit to say that they have only 13 spots, that you cannot book before 9:30 am and that by 11am it's already full. Also, the breakfast is not worth $30.

    Great short stay!
    Great location overall, despite no immediate beach access. Great for a business trip or someone who wants to see a different view of Cancun. Room and facilities were definitely classy and I would happily stay again!
    I didn't find any significant negatives to report.
