I liked that I could walk to the places we wanted to go. It felt safe. The room was clean. I liked it had 2 separate rooms and had 2 bathrooms. The sitting area was comfy. The staff were phenomenal. Easy check in and out.

The bed was very uncomfortable. For the price the beds could have been way better. The shower curtain was super short and water got in the floor easily when taking a shower. I didn't necessarily like the valet parking. I would rather park my own car. I don't let other people drive my car. So was disappointed with that. Had to pay for valet parking. A bit steep of a charge when we had already paid over $400/night for a room we stayed in less than 12 hours.

Decent. Probably wouldnt be my first choice for next hotel.

I liked that there was a 2 bedroom suite as I travelled with 3 other females and we wanted to be near each other. The suite gave us the option of basically having separate rooms without walking down the hall or to another floor altogether.

The listing I booked said 2 bedroom suite with 4 queen beds. It was 2 queen beds and a terrible pull ouch couch (the couch wasnt even comfortable to sit on much less sleep on). We ended up having to share beds which is ok but not ideal.

Bad

They cancel my reservation 3 hours before my check in without notice!!! The guy at the reception didn't know how to handle the situation, he was just telling me to contact the managers! It's been four days and I am still waiting for the managers to contact me! They don't answer my calls and I can't even leave them a voicemail. Don't book to this hotel it was a horrible experience!
