Lovely location on the palm, great team & good value.
Lovely hotel, great location. Buffet breakfast and dinners both really good. Lovely pool and beach area and the team were really friendly and helpful.
Iron and hairdryer in the room both broken on arrival.

Fab location with some lovely bits but not blown away by this stay for the price.
Breakfast, beach and concierge were great.
Felt fairly budget service and hotel in the check in, rooms, facilities all quite tired, no one really with a can do attitude (except the super lovely concierge team). Appreciate its a lower end budget for Dubai standards but for the price it fell short on facilities and service. Location and beach lovely though.

Property is clean and above par; the public facilities such as breakfast area, access to beach and pool, restaurants, bar, roof top are clean ; staff is very friendly and very helpful , they will go above and beyond to help you with every little thing
