Bad choice!
As soon as you get off the elevator, on the corridor to the room, you are met by a bad smell of old, damp carpet... the same smell in the room.
The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable but the hall to the bathroom and room is very narrow, o
2 people can't pass.
The toilet is very small, when you seat you can hit your head in the door.
The bathroom shampoos stuck to the wall in a kind of box and very uncomfortable to use. Who comes to Dubai to steal tge shanpoo??
Lack of toothbrushes, toothpaste and a blader. The only nice thing in the room was the idea with the shutters/windows from the bathroom window to the room.
Very simple breakfast, no variety, every day the same few dishes.
It is Dubai, you expect everything to be superlative!
I made another mistake of booking New Year's Eve at the hotel (because I had read before that after 12 at night it would be very difficult to find transport) and honestly, it wasn't worth even 50%.
The fireworks were almost imperceptible, compared to what happens all over the world, especially in Dubai!!!!
Everything very simple, nothing spectacular!!!
A lot of money for nothing!!!
Too bad, compared to other Sofitel hotels, this one was the worst!
In no case is it a 5-star hotel, maximum 4 and for Dubai maximum 3!!!
I'm very dissapointed and I'm sorry that I canceled another hotel to choose this one!
