I really felt relaxed at RM the reception staff and cleaning and waitress staff were pleasant however the restaurant man
Location of property is exceptionally well and they put a lot of thought into the pool area and the bathroom and showers these were my favorite features of the properties
For a five star the building is running a little below standard, during peak weekend our rooms were not cleaned well and the carpets of the room are really dirty even sofas in the room I had a torn pillow on full display!

We felt as we were at home
Just fantastic : hotel location (in the Al Bateen bay) , structure ( we had a family suite enough big to feel at home) , food ( excellent variety and professional management, thanks Vishal for your care for our kids) , amazing pool ( thanks Jagath for your service). Overall excellent. Congratulations Mr. Ibrahim for your management and your staff.

The swimming pool and the look of the hotel. The location is also good.
Bad customer service, bad service is general. Not easy to complete basic things. Wont be staying here again

A hidden gem...perfect value for money!
Location was better than expected...close to eateries...close to Emirates Palace/Mall.
The bathroom/shower facilities were very modern and better than other top hotel brands!!! (Amazing shower). Finally the design of the pool area was perfect
Guess all hotels suffer from this but although breakfast had good options could change options every now and then

Room was beautiful, facilities and stunning. Great place to relax with children. Had a lovely birthday. Mohammad was great, great customer service and helped make our stay even more amazing! Thank you Royal M hotel.

There wasn't a lot of other things around the property within walking distance; my toilet kept running.

Great place to stay through the christmas
Location and the whole are and hotel itself is really nice place. Great views , breakfasts, rooms and the pool is superb.
