    Brilliant hotel stay for a night in Keswick!
    Amazing breakfast, Location was amazing for central Keswick.
    No parking included or any subsidy for public parking.

    Highly recommend this hotel staff wonderful . the location is perfect
    Our room was large and spacious room 2 , location perfect and very central to shops and pubs restaurants, lakes were nearby and was a beautiful walk, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, breakfast and evening meal was very amazing

    Lovely old pub serving nice food and a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are decent although ours had paint peeling off the wall due to damp. This did not detract though

    It was my first trip to Keswick but it won't be my last.
    Excellent team of staff who were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The public areas and my room were exceptionally clean. What was a lovely surprise was when a member of staff delivered a mini hamper for Christmas that included a Christmas card, Prosecco, chocolates and homemade biscuits. It was a lovely gesture at a special time of year.
    The bar area was sometimes very noisy with customers but it was Christmas so to be expected anywhere.

    Magical Christmas stay!
    We stayed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and the staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly! We loved our room with all the small touches like chocolates, Prosecco and a boot tray for after our muddy walk. Really spacious and comfortable room

    Superb location and breakfast...
    Location was fantastic. Breakfast and service were second to none. Room a good size, not the room that was shown aa available, smaller especially as we had a medium sized dog with us.
    Room was quite stuffy even though we opened the window and small, not as the picture advertised when I booked the room. The side table was too jam packed with items also. Espresso machine, mini fridge, teapot and all the hot beverages and mugs. There was no space for anything else considering that was the only table in the room. I had to use the window seat for storage which was a shame.

    Great location and hotel.
    Stayed for the one night last night. Enjoyed our stayed. Lovely atmosphere throughout. Breakfast was lovely and included within the price. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Friendly staff all the time.
    The hallway and stairs are quite loud.

    Very pleasant stay in a lovely, well-managed town centre hotel.
    Location was excellent and the staff were fabulous. Friendly, efficient and always cheerful. Breakfast was brilliant. Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. The location was superb, in the centre of the town with easy access everywhere.
    The hotel does not have its own parking and the long stay car park cost 11.48 a day which was an unexpected additional cost. The bed was only a double size - a bit cramped
