Location was great, staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Went above and beyond with offering to call taxis, offering bottled water and sharing directions and recommendations.

Even though there is plenty of options within walking distance, A big hotel with no restaurant or bar currently operating or vending machine to get a snack or cold drink was a little disappointing. Hotel was a bit out dated once you got out of the lobby. lighting in rooms was very dull and the bathroom was not cleaned to a great standard. Could also do with an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
