    bed sheets had serious stains on them . so did both bath robes . radiator didnt work . and toilet needed a clean ( yes reported to the staff )

    I can't usually be bothered to complain which probably tells you all you need to know...
    Clean, reasonable room price considering the time of year.
    The tasteless roast turkey dinner, the weird texture of your chocolate torte (never had a torte with the texture of blancmange before ), the tables so tightly packed that staff couldn't serve, the dance floor so small most of us couldn't fit. Shall I go on? 40 for 2 courses - I would also have mentioned the pathetic portion sizes but the food was so disappointing that I didn't actually want more of it. Not even a biscuit in the room to take away the bad taste that the dinner left behind.

    A lovely weekend Christmas party in a nice hotel in beautiful Northamptonshire.
    The location was good and quite close to home. The breakfast was very good especially the delicious crispy bacon. The room was comfortable and not overheated.
    The room the party was held in was too full of people it got very cramped people squeezing past all the time so you had to either stand up or tuck yourself in with your chair. The most disappointing thing with this Christmas party was no crackers. So no paper hat and Christmas motto. A cracker prize draw is a poor substitute for this long standing Christmas tradition.
