    After a dodgy start we enjoyed ourselves and well probably be back - if only to get the free wine.
    Breakfast was obviously restricted because it was left in the rooms overnight. Stuff in the fridge good and the coffee for the cafetire excellent. We went to the Spar for plain yogurt as we didnt fancy the fruit ones. Awkward to fill the kettle from the small jug. Overall OK. Location was fine for us; the council car park was handy. The welcome E-mail was helpful and came at the right time. The TV and wi-fi worked well.
    Opening 3 key safes in the dark and pouring rain was irritating. The rooms were initially cold (probably unoccupied over Christmas?) and we found the heaters difficult to manage - better instructions wouldve helped. All the other in-room instruction/information leaflets were good. The beds were comfy, although some of us found the pillows were a bit hard. Disappointed that the pub itself wasnt open - wed planned to eat there. A note on the welcome E-mail wouldve helped.

    No parking in Penryn. It the pubs fault.

    I highly recommend anyone staying there!
    Brand new facilities, very clean, very secure, lovely friendly pub downstairs. Although no breakfast was served, they left a thoughtful cooler box full of breakfast stuff (cereal bars, porridge etc).Also, coffee, tea, Cornwall hot chocolate in the window sill. I would come back to stay there anytime I come to Penryn.
    please check carpet on the right side of the bed... I kept feeling the smell of durt socks, which my niece also experienced in her bedroom.

    Very nice room. Comfortable bed. Good location for my needs.
    Traffic was a bit noisy, but the thoughtful staff had provided excellent ear plugs, so I slept well.

    Comfortable clean accommodation in town centre
    Location - right in the center of the town. Great Breakfast - continental provided in the room. Cereal, yogurt, flapjack, orange juice and plenty of coffee, tea and chocolate.
    No Parking - free and payable parking nearby though.

    Comfortable pleasant place.
    Clean and comfortable
    Car parking was difficult as the free public car park was constantly full. Arriving back late at night to find the car park full ment driving around the town at 1 am and a long walk back to the Seven stars.

    The room was lovely, the comfortable beds and the room was clean; the staff were kind and thoughtful. My friend was a little concerned that there is no disabled access.
    Unable to locate free parking and no disabled support.
