The location was Great and the customer service is on point.
We have paid extra for the view. Unfortunately the hotel does not really have any view. The only one they are talking about is facing the pool deck and it is not crazy.

The attention of the Staff because when I claim the noise that did not let me sleep, they gave me a discount, a late checkout and another room and when in claim for the delay at the valet Parking the Staff move quick to solve it. The hotel was close to many attractions including the Coca Cola Music Hall and is ease get there.

The construction noise that on the hotel roof kept me from sleeping all night.
When I pay my bill including the valet parking and ask for my Sub it took them 45 minutes to upload my sub,
first the key did not appear, second, the ticket that I gave to the valet parking attendant to pick up the vehicles was lost. I have no option to go to the supervisor and she took care of the problem and then my vehicle was fund, but I was already late for my meeting.

I loved everything about this hotel. Joshua who worked out side at the bar was the best!!!!!! I'll definitely go back just to see him. He made sure we were ok the entire time we were at the pool.
Only issue I have was that the room was not registered in my name it was in my friends name which I had listed her as a guest. I'm hoping I can change that to get my points.
