    The manager did reach out to me regarding our stay apologizing which I do appreciate. But all in all, after spending 10-
    Nothing. You get there and the staff is stuck up and rude. Its like they dont want to help you at all. You check in, and they told us that they cant guarantee what booking sells to us as far as room location, and amenities. Told us its not guaranteed Solera was delicious every time we ate there. Food is HOT and so fresh. So very good. Room service staff and housekeeping is awesome!
    Everything. They also dont tell you the wing they stick you in (I called them the booking.com/third party app rooms) are under renovation so the jacuzzi tub didnt work. Full Day 1 : discovered the Fans in the bathroom dont work (fire alarm went off in our room because of the hot steam from the shower. I had to call twice and listen to it scream for 15 mins before anyone arrived. Maintenance came up, removed something off the wall, put the box back up and left a mess all over the floor Night #2 - no hot water- took cold showers. Called no one showed up to figure it out so we gave up waiting and went to bed. Day/Night #3 - left the property longer today got back so late just went to bed Day/Night #4 - middle of a shower and the water completely turned off. My fianc stood there covered in soap,I had to call down stairs twice to get someone to come up. They left us sitting with dry soap all over for twenty mins before anyone showed up. And I had to call twice. Second time I called they acted surprised which tells me the first woman did nothing. Day/night 5: water was brown and remained that way for two days. Us only noticing the second day. They keep telling us to let it run but it never fixed so we are taking cool showers. Day/night 6: a group of 3 got head young me. Arrived got drunk from the point they arrived to 4 am (we saw one making a scene in the resort, he also came kicking our room door and would not stop at 4 am on the morning of our departure. I jumped up was screaming for him to stop. I went to look out the peep hole he covered it with his finger. So I opened the door naked scared and confused and thats when he realized he was at the wrong door. He was violent and rude. Security came up, I told them which way he went and was told yes, this happens with guests sometimes they get so drunk they forget the rooms they are in which definitely concerned me.

    Good quality on food, love thats its right on the beach, very close to the mall . And great ambiance.
    Not able to eat late in the evening no beverages on the property after a certain time .

    Everything exceeded our expectations!
    Everything was beautiful! Loved the beachside location, several pools with plenty of seating, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks. The breakfast every day was superb!
    I didn't like having to leave! Seriously we wouldn't have changed a thing.

    Very nice resort. Clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Staff was helpful with things to do and places to go during the stay.
    Would love if the property was an all inclusive resort. And an all adult property.

    Its worth it !!!! Great staff great room .
    The location and view of the beach was excellent, We had the Ocean Front Balcony View Room and to wake up in the am with that view with the soothing sound of the water. ITS WORTH THE PRICE !!
    Its a little pricey!!!! $61 for 2 drinks at the bar !!! $40 a peace for the breakfast buffet. Walk to the CVS and buy your liquor!!
