Excellent hotel in good location with bars, restaurant and sights within easy walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Would stay here again!

Awesome location Moises (lobby) and madam in the breakfast, really nice and kind people showing big effort to give us a enjoyable stay

Problems with the room booking that increase the price of our stay An armchair in the bedroom would be great

It was lovely!

The rooms are really nice, well decorated and super clean. The staff was lovely and really helpful. We needed to leave the hotel before the breakfast and they prepared it to take away. There are many restaurants and cafes and it is close of many landmarks

this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. People were smoking in the hallway and we can smell it in the room.

I would like to recommend this property to my friends

The property holds a superb location, easily accessible to multi metro stations and bus stops in addition to many eateries with walking distance to majority of interesting places and views.. however, the attractive to me is its staff.. They are very warmly and executive.. I couldnt expect more on their nice attitude and great job done..

Please train your front desk/reception in customer service as currently it is average at its best. I am talking about the girl with dark hair specifically. They talk about personal matters while checking guests in (so unprofessional), fail to be friendly and welcoming and there is a feeling that they dont want to be there. May be they need to get another job or read some customer service manuals.

Location was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Coffee maker in room was perfect. Our room was very quiet at night.

Breakfast room was quite cool (Dec.). Not a big problem.

Great location, comfortable bed and spacious room

great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff and it was warm during winter. You can control it to the temperature you like. I would definitely come back again. Shout out to Nariya at the front desk who was very helpful.
