The breakfast was exquisite! The location is also prime. Would recommend!

The location was GREAT! Right on the square with nightly entertainment!
The staff didnt even offer to assist with my luggage!!! No luggage racks in the room???

Lisbon is an amazing place and we had a great time.
The location was just perfect and the breakfast buffet was nice.
The room was a good size however, the pictures as shown on Booking.com for the rooms doesnt really show that some rooms do not have any view so this made the room quite dark and uninteresting. We complained to the reception that the pictures of the rooms were not as advertised or made clearer so people could know what to expect but were told we had to pay to upgrade and not really their fault.

Lovely.
Everything was great - Location, service, staff, breakfast, clean rooms. By all standards this is a a good choice for someone that decides to spend a few days in Lisbon. The breakfast came with a variety of things to chose from, Tram station outside your door.
The entrance of the building is rather poor. The elevator is narrow (for 2 people) so if you stay above the 3rd floor, going up by stairs may be difficult.

Wonderful Christmas stay in Lisbon
Great location, lively area with great shopping and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Good position for sightseeing if you enjoy wandering, otherwise the Metro is very easy and inexpensive to use for attractions further away. The Baixa Chiado metro stop a very short walk from the hotel which was convenient for airport transfers. Luminous room with a very comfortable bed. Small bathroom but the shower was spacious with separate shampoo & conditioner. Excellent breakfast selection particularly the sweets section! Friendly, discreet staff.

Exceptionally clean, great selection at breakfast of continental, lots of fruit, pastries and a few hot items, plenty of juice. Staff extremely polite and location excellent.

Comfortable stay with good vibes!
I stayed in 3 different rooms and all were nice in different ways. The twin room was spacey but with no view. The room with the balcony and the square view was with a beautiful view but a bit noisy - which I didn't mind that much. And the room with the river view was with the best view, quiet, but with a smaller bathroom. In any case, the bathroom was good in all of the rooms I stayed.. The breakfast had a lot of variety- only the taste of coffee can be improved. Location is excellent- reception works very well, very friendly staff- Thank you!
