Very poor

I hated my stay. The valet lost my keys, it took an hour and half past check in for me to be able to go to my room and the person who checked me in didnt let me know about the amenities offered such as breakfast. Wont come back again!

Very good

Good choice for a Charlotte weekend

Very large comfortable room. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast, nice selection of hot and cold options. Great location for anything you want to do in downtown Charlotte. Light rail next to the hotel makes getting around even easier.

Had a little trouble getting our car early from the valet parking. Ended up having to go get it myself at 7am on a Sunday.

Going Downhill

I like the location to the spectrum center. Also I am glad the elevators worked this time.

The room was not the cleanest. Weird stains were on the wall. My husband had to use force to get us in and out our room. The door would not budge. Thought we were locked in/out.

Passable

There was a shooting in the hotel during our stay. We were woken in the early morning by the shooting and the hotel was surrounded by police. While this was not the fault of the hotel, there was no communication to guests as to what was happening either during or after the incident. We only found out further details from news reports. This was very unsettling and should have been dealt with better. Thankfully that was our last night in Charlotte.
