Travelers enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and kind staff at SpringHill Suites. One guest appreciated the hotel's effort in finding and returning a lost item. However, there was confusion regarding p (Read More)et dog policies, despite previous confirmation. Very good

Location was perfect, we were there for my son's graduation from the CHP Academy. I needed a handicap accessible room and got one.

Housekeeping didn't service our room. We did get more towels when we asked.

We really enjoyed our stay and will return!

clean, spacious, and amazing breakfast setup!

Was told the pool was heated-but definitely not and too chilly, but it was ok to change that plan. Gentleman who checked us in was super nice and professional-but very hard to hear his voice. It was also busy and loud in the lobby, but he needs to project his voice some more.

Great location for travelers comes with uncomfortable bed and noisy trucking neighbors

Location in West Sacramento was ideal for us because its fairly close to SMF airport. Hotel was clean.

Bed was way too soft and lumpy making it extremely uncomfortable. My wife woke up in agony caused by the bed and opted for the sofa instead. Begging at 4:30am, there was a loud constant rumbling outside our window. Unfortunately, theres a diesel truck hub located next door to this hotel. They turn the engines on all of their trucks at 4:30am to warm them up and they leave those engines on for hours. This, combined with the uncomfortable bed made it impossible to sleep.

Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and large room, bigger than expected. Nice toiletries and linen.

The ice machine was far away on another floor and there wasn't a map telling where it was. I had to call the front desk to find my way to it. That could be better.
