    Good place for a short stay to see the main sights of Amritsar
    The breakfast was tasty and plentiful
    The concierge could have been more helpful, I wanted to book a tour to the Attari-Wagah border & golden temple and they booked a driver who wasnt a guide. This meant at times I didnt feel totally safe/secure. The tour was <6 hours but they charged for 8 hours The room was relatively clean but dated with a level of ingrained dirt / scratches in the desk/bedside table/shower

    Service and smiling staff all the way, they made sure that we would have all and more than our expectations.

    V poor staff I request for med I was not well after 3 hrs when I shouted on them then they considered which was v bad ,only reply they wr giving Pls wait I will see and revert but they took 3 hrs to revert and then I got med by my own money Really disappointed am sorry to say I

    Great location - serene and peaceful yet a stones throw from the golden temple
    Staff were very friendly at the breakfast venue . Concierge needs more local Info for tourist
    Thats it was impersonal other yaks I have stayed in were more personal in terms of welcome and room greetings
