Great hotel

Property was very clean , staff very friendly, smell of the room very nice ,quiet, nice warm swimming pool, good location, always there is place for your car to park

My kids room heater not working I reported to the staff 2 times but still not working , breakfast a bit poor

Enjoyable stay and we would visit again.

Helpful staff. Comfortable beds and room. Swimming pool. Car park. Clean. Good value for money.

Room was very warm despite opening window. Didnt need heating on as weather mild. Room needed a bit of tlc- hole in door, bit shabby here and there.

A nice and clean hotel in great location. Dog friendly !

A pleasant hotel in great location. My room was warm and clean, with all the necessities. Very clean. A bath was a pleasant bonus. There is a heated swimming pool on site, but I did not get a chance to use it. Great staff - very friendly. The hotel accepts dogs, which was really helpful. Really good value for money.

The staff were really good. We had dogs with us and they were welcome

Very small room, tv didnt work, ripped carpet! It just feels although it all needs a bit of TLC.

Tell your enemy booking Canterbury Hotel

The bed sheet and cover comfortable.

The management and organization is worse. This is the worse hotel experiment I ever had in UK. Specially the service is the worse. - The drainage is block when I shower. - I requested for invoice of my stay. The staffs were not helpful and not sincere. No response, long faces to customers. Thanks booking.com customer service, I can get the invoice on the last moment when I check out. - When I check-in, the reception said the breakfast time is at 7:30am. But the very next day, no bodies at restaurant and Reception. Eventually, my breakfast served after 8:40am.

Amazing !

The staff was really nice ! Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable. The receptionist who greeted us was great and gave us many information about the city. Theyre very friendly to dogs as well, we visited with my malamute and we were really well accomodated.
