Very good

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent facilities- gym, sauna and pool. Towels provided. Breakfast had a variety of choices at a reasonable price. The evening meal was delicious- complements to the chef. A really good location - a short drive into the centre.

Exceptional

Very relaxing stay after lots of exercise

Easy to find.Quiet area. Very well kept and clean, tasteful interiors. Spacious reception ensuring a warm welcome. Lovely and very helpful staff. Comfy beds. Clean and nice showers. Food was great in a very relaxing atmosphere. Large car park. Back for sure!

Bar shut before 11pm, aka no night cap for the driver as we arrived after 10pm, after having been slowed down on flooded roads.

Superb

Friendly and relaxing place to stay.

Breakfast was lovely and covered all requirements. The Sunday lunch was beautiful and the bar staff were amazing and friendly. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax after a day of shopping.

Due to my partners breathing issues the room felt a little stuffy even with the window open,but we put the fan on which helped But was not enough to spoil our stay.

Nice place , would stay again but skip the breakfast

Generally no complaints and good value for money.close to centre and convenient for what we required .everything more than adequate

Only issue I had was with the breakfast. To be fair it wasn't bad but I'm not a loved of self service breakfasts and I've had a lot better

Very poor

Waste of money.

The beds were comfortable.

I didnt like the fact there was no lunch and dinner on Christmas Day. I also didnt like the fact that there was no dressing gowns or slippers available, which is standard for hotels. Another thing I didnt like was that the housekeeper didnt go round regularly, which is common practice for hotels, and when I asked for the bedding to be changed they told me I could do it myself, so what did I pay for then? I didnt care for the attitude of one of the staff members at the hotel restaurant during breakfast, she claimed is a manager, and her name is Lauren.
