Lovely location in the centre of Woodstock.

Mould on the ceiling in the en-suite, which also lacked any form of heating. Rubbish from a previous occupant behind the waste bin.

We would highly recommend, and definitely stay again if we visit Woodstock.

It was lovely, quirky, friendly, clean. Breakfast was good . We enjoyed our night away.

Exceptional

Brilliant, lovely and relaxing.

This was my second visit, exactly as I anticipated - the staff were great, they evan directed us to where we could have free overnight parking. Breakfast was lovely, took our time, plenty of time to check out and still spend the day in the local area. Our main purpose was to see the Christmas Lights at Blenheim the night of the 18th and were werent disappointed.

There was nothing we did not like.

Had a great stay would return

Lovely village and location 10 mins from Blenheim through the village end. Really nice room comfortable beds lovely cafe tea/room below below wish we had eaten lunch there as food looked delicious. Breakfast was very good.
