Good breakfast and a cracking pint of HPA

Breakfast was lovely, the owner was very welcoming. Needs a little updating but all in all a good stay.

Coffee wasn't very nice, sadly everyone needs to up their beverage game with regards to tea, coffee etc.

Lovely cottage attached to a very friendly pub serving excellent meals. However for self-catering purposes the property

Very good for one night stay, comfortable room - very good breakfast. Quiet.

Super welcome by very friendly host/staff. Cosy bar and friendly locals. Our room was large with everything we needed for one overnight stay - not luxurious but more than adequate. Good comfy bed, plenty of towels etc - quiet.

Nothing was wrong - we were happy with every aspect of our stay and would recommend. Really nice, friendly staff both in the bar, reception and dining room. Great breakfast.

Staff were friendly. Food was delicious and good value for money.

Although room was clean it was very small and bed very uncomfortable. Mattress old and springs gone on one side. Hardly slept.

Great service and great rooms.

Lovely staff, pub was great and a bonus. Free WiFi was good in a data dead zone and breakfast was great with a good selection of choices and great service.

Amazing!!

Stayed at this property twice now. 1st time we were arriving later than the standard check in time due to traffic. Staff waited for us to allow us to check in which we were very grateful for! Second visit, arrived on time and managed to catch the restaurant. Wow!! Food was amazing. What a lovely bunch of not just Staff, but people. Really nice company. Will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area! Thankyou

Very nice would visit again staff were loverly and the sat night entertainment was great proper country pub and atmosphere breakfast was really nice well done bulls head. Pictures are view from bedroom window and breakfast there was also good choice of breakfast options .
