The menu has a wide range (Read More) of options, including a superb carvery. The luxurious rooms, like the Cromwell room, are clean, warm, and well-equipped. The beautiful scenery outside complements the delicious food and friendly service. Overall, a highly recommended place to visit.

Superb

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Our room looked on to and was only a few metres from a busy road. Traffic noise is unavoidable, but if youre out and about during the day its not really an issue, and good ear plugs at night worked for us.

Beautiful homely stay with plesent staff and great food will be booking again for sure

Room was really cute like a little apartment. The restaurant was old fashioned and welcoming. We booked dinner too

Other guests had dogs that woke us up at 5am

The hotel was absolutely stunning, comfortable will definitely stay again and recommend to other family and friends. Exceptional breakfast, staff friendly and very accomodating, overall a lovely place to stay 5 star excellent

Disappointing

A bad choice and not a great stay but staff were super kind and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Room and bathroom were dirty - discarded food wrappers behind bedside table. No reading light. Poor ventilation leading to smell of mildew, covered up with some strong smelling air freshener. Bathroom was dirty (gaps between bath and floor open to dirt). Noise from road was excessive and kept me awake all night. Food at dinner time was not great.
