    Stayed here for my wifes birthday in a Signature room, very sumptuous with so much space and everything you would nee
    A lovely setting with great views , the staff were so polite & helpful. We had a signature room which was very spacious and came with little extras that were a nice touch!
    Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back again, the only minor negative if pushed to find anything would be some of the decor in the hotel is a little dated by todays standards.

    Pool facilities although very busy and full of screaming kids at 5pm The next day at 7am much more relaxing Breakfast very good
    We checked out this Morning and this was our first stay with you and unfortunately we have been disappointed. My Husband is very tall and when getting into bed last night he felt something very sharp against his foot. (A rusty sharp spring poking out of the bottom of the mattress, which had been covered up with a mattress protector) It was at 11pm so we didn't want to make a fuss at that hour and had to cover it over with an extra blanket so he could try and get a good nights sleep. We left a note on the mattress and informed the staff at checkout. Room number 615 for reference. We have stayed in many hotel across south Wales and unfortunately this being our First stay with you it has made us reluctant to book again.

    A great place to stay, highly recommend
    THe hotel itself looks amazing and the rooms are fantastic. Food was very tasty.
    Parking starts to add up when you stay for more than one night and the food is a little on the pricey side (When staying for work). Very nice though.

    It was a last minute booking,and the staff on reception on arrival were very cheerful and helpful. Signposted me to the only restaurant serving food late ..and the meal was good:just what I needed after travelling.
