    Loved it because 2 times Ive been the service was so good and the rooms clean and comfy .. the steam room is not very clean looking at the door however everything else seems good. The breakfast is absolutely amazing 10/10
    We had the worst service from the bar staff as we had to eat there due to the restaurant being full. Really rude - we moved our own tables to put them together - were unhelpful and not nice to us at all. We were upset that they put a service fee on the bill when we had to do everything ourselves otherwise the reception staff was lovely as usual and warm and inviting

    Convenient but disappointing in several aspects
    Check in - efficient. First room cold with non-working radiator; reallocated room still cold but heating working once switched on; then comfortable.
    Cold bedrooms!! Very noisy breakfast facilities (although breakfast fine). Service at breakfast minimal as usual for self-service - but poor back-up with numbers of plates and glasses etc made experience annoying! Unreasonable parking charge - 8.50 for a pre-booked room at a mid-priced hotel seems excessive.

    Ok for the price
    Easy to park although we were charged 8.50 with no option to park for free. Bed was large and Linen good.
    Cold uninspiring rooms. Needed refurbishing. No water in the room - paid 5.25 for a bottle as there were no glasses or options to access free water. We booked superior and was told the only difference between standard and superior was the upgraded bathroom.

    The room was really spacious and clean, had a really nice lighting. The bathroom was quite big and the amenities was great, really nice brand. Breakfast amazing, loads of viriaty. Swimming pool is quite big and sauna and steam room was very nice and clean.
    Having to pay for parking. The car park is big enough to accommodate guest's cars. But if it was really necessary, they could give a lower price for hotel guests as appreciation.
