    Put in wrong room initially, only one key card worked. Rooms too hot - air con not effective to cool room - no windows to vent room . Room small compared to equivalent in others in this group . Breakfast finished at 9:30 - very early on a weekend It was poor - watered down juice . Hot food cold and dry

    It was a cute relaxing stay, wed definitely stay again.
    We liked where it was situated. The staff were well mannered and it was easy to know your way around
    The room we were in was boiling all the time. We turned the temperature down and at one point we turned it off and it was still really warm. I found when we tried to put the fan on we felt nothing.

    Could improve.
    Convenient location to public transport, right in the centre of Newport.
    For quite a new hotel, it seems very loosely put together. Staff were okay, not the most helpful. There were a few occasions where we had to call to reception, and there was often nobody there.
