    The location is brilliant, very close to the city centre. The room is spacious and clean.
    There was water on the bathroom floor, when asked staff, they said that because the ventilator was broken and the water kept coming through it because of heavy rains. Considering that the issue is known, was surprised it wasn't fixed... Another note for travellers for work - you can very much hear what's going on downstairs and in the corridor. It didn't matter for us, but it could be an issue if you were a light sleeper and planning to go to bed early.

    Lovely location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Christmassy atmosphere.
    Heating took some time to kick in but staff sorted it as soon as we brought it to their attention. Was the coldest weekend we had had for a long time.

    Very disappointing.
    Having our car window smashed in the parking lot and the CCTV not being able to see who did it due to inadequate lighting. Then being told by the man at the desk that this has happened before. If its a reoccurring situation, I feel the security should be improved.
