    Ideally located hotel, lovely room and fabulous staff.
    The breakfast was great and included a hot cooked selection, cereals including hot porridge, toast, pastries, fruit and yoghurt. The location gives you easy walking access to the city centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment along with the historical castle. Cardiff Bay is within walking distance of you allow 25 minutes but there are good transport links too. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly and given that our stay took place within the first week of January we enjoyed the Christmas tree and decorations. Its worth noting that there is a hotel car park for an extra charge which unfortunately cannot be pre-booked.

    In all honesty there wasnt much to be negative about. I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel to friends as I doubt very much you could find better within the price bracket (we paid 84-00 for a Superior King Room with breakfast).

    An enjoyable overnight stay en route to a subsequent engagement in Swansea.
    Great location in centre of town. We had a complementary update from standard double to king double which was much appreciated as we are both quite tall.
    Nothing we did not like.

    Location was perfect. I liked big size room. Very large bed.
    I didn't like the pillow I can't sleep well so hard and uncomfortable. In the bathroom was freezing, cold air was coming true the window. Tap was broken in bathroom.

    Beautiful building. Fantastic location, Right in the heart of the town. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Parking on the premises. Comfortable bed. Enjoyable stay.
    No complimentary bottle of water when you check in. Outdated just need some TLC.
