    Very nice relaxing stay with friendly and helpful staff .
    Very convenient and good valve for money
    A few workmen about the property as one lift wasnt working but this did not take away any of our enjoyment .

    Perfect location but lacking the comfort and freshness of a typical Holiday Inn hotel.

    We didn't feel some kind of "freshness" in the room. It is not a question of everyday cleaning (this was fine) but the room was "aged". We didn't feel it was "our" room comparing to other Holiday Inn hotels we have stayed in before.

    Great location but bedrooms need work.
    The hotel was in a great location for the city and at a good price>
    The hotel lobby and restaurant area looked modern however our bedroom looked like it hadn't been redecorated for a number of years. The furniture looked dated too.

    The room was very old and the hotel looks like it needs upgrading bearing in mind it's not cheap to stay.

    Good location within Cardiff, polite and friendly staff and clean and comfortable room made for a great, relaxing stay.
    Well prepared bed for the extra person. Clean. Friendly staff upon check-in.

    Enjoyed our stay in Cardiff, friendly staff, clean and spacious room.
    Clean room, friendly staff and nice breakfast.
    The room was very hot had to open the window throughout the night which made it nosy and hard to sleep.

    Fabulous location excellent value for money and stunning breakfast!
    Superb location Amazing value Fabulous staff Gorgeous breakfast and plenty available all fresh and well set up
    Couldn't sleep all night due to loud vibration and rumbling right above the room. Member of staff came to see it at 2.30 am and couldn't believe how loud it was! Offered a change of room immediately and ear plugs Absolutely brilliant customer service it has to be said :)
