Beautiful luxury hotel. Will definitely be back

Beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and fantastic central location

The cleaners were extremely noisy from quite early and when I asked them politely if they wouldn't mind keeping it down as they were slamming doors they were rude

We were upgraded when we arrived to a beautiful room. It was lovely and the staff were really friendly

There was a fire alarm just as I got out of the shower, but that wasn't the staffs fault.

Nothing short of excellent.

Excellent location in the heart of Cardiff. Staff were very welcoming ensuring we had everything we needed for comfort and our visit to the city. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, especially the bed, which provided a good night's sleep.

There wasn't anything we could fault.
