Good experience, would go back.

The location was excellent. The hotel was modern and the room was very spacious. There was a fridge and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good indeed.

The bath towels in the bathroom were far too small and thin and the shower gel supplied had been watered down.

Enjoyable Stay in Central Cardiff

Pool was great. Good fitness facilities. Variety of hot and continental options available for breakfast. Location close to city centre. Rooms a good size. Geat to have a shower separate from the bath. Mini fridge in room

One of the two lifts out of action for the majority of our stay Fire alarm went off Rooms looking tired - stained carpets, missing mirror? (Tabs still on door) Holes in desk furniture (Presumably from features no longer relevant to modern design?)

Good location for town, food lovely but room very disappointing. Very basic looking.

Breakfast was really well presented, hot and not overcooked or greasy. It was displayed very well.

Room - disappointed in the room. Picture showed a seating area so I assumed two comfy chairs would be provided as shown in the pictures but only one was, the other was a desk chair. Did mention to staff but nothing was done about it - disappointing. It said Minibar, to me that means a minibar with drinks in it, whether you pay for them is another matter. In this case a Minibar consisted of a small fridge in effect, with two tins of water... misleading. Beds were very comfortable but the room looked very cold, not very welcoming. I know miniailistic is good but sometimes you need some soft furnishings
