The hotel was lovely, it terms of decor and cleanliness. Location was good and the staff were great.
The only issue we had was the noise coming from renovation work going on in the building. There was a lot of banging drilling at 1am but we were moved in to another room immediately.

The Claridges is my go-to hotel whenever I am in Delhi. From the minute you arrive on the property the experience begins. I am treated with respect and given an exceptional experience. The restaurants on site also offer true local dining and also exceptional teams. The Claridges is a must visit!
Leaving. The holiday decor and festive setting made me feel the holiday spirit and it is always sad leaving the Claridges.

A dream in Delhi
We loved how clean the hotel was. We loved the attitude and the professionalism of the personnel. We liked our rooms that were big and clean. We loved the structure of the hotel with different restaurants with different cuisine types. The breakfast was impressive. Overall it has been amazing. The Japanese toilets at the ground floor are also a very good plus.
Nothing to say. It was all perfect and we've been very happy about it.

Good, but had expected more as for the room.
Breakfast = excellent.
Interior = very good
Carnegie = very good
Our first room was a handicap room so an experience as we are not handicapped...no door to the bathroom, shower that made the whole bathroom wet... and so on.
Our second room, that we got after complaining = fair but not more. Hair in the bathroom, hate when that happens in a "top rated hotel"

The hotel is very nice and the staff amazing. The breakfast is very goof buffet. Our check in was at noon but our flight was at night and they store our bags and let us take a shower before going to the hotel, which was great.
