    Basic accommodation and customer service at a premium price
    Room size good. Very clean. Private entrance. Dog friendly.
    Upon arrival was not welcomed warmly but the first thing was asked for the payment for the dog. No 'welcome' or any offer of assistance if needed. Found staff indifferent/aloof/unattentive. Zero customer service. Overpriced for Arbroath and the standard of the room and customer service. I would expect a breakfast to be included for the rates being charged.

    Good location, and comfortable rooms
    The location is great, and the rooms are very comfortable, the bed is also very comfortable. It is only a short walk from the train station.
    There was a lot of hair stuck in the carpet in the room that would get stuck to your feet or bags. I'd also asked if there were vegan options for their christmas menu and was told yes, but there weren't. They had some limited vegan dinner options that are served year round. The food was good, but it wasn't exactly what I had expected after asking. It was also a little expensive for one night for what you get.

    The location Seaview amazing and thr room was so comfortable spotless and had all we needed .thr staff very friendly helpfully and courteous.
    Nothing. Maybe a later check out even an extra hour . But seemingly that can be arranged I never realised that .

    Very Very nice lovely staff all rooms are fresh clean fantastic showers pet friendly if in arbroath visiting or in hotel and you felling hungry just give old brewhoues a phone +441241879945 book a table there food is fantastic or just popping in great breakfast
    Location location 5.m from bus station 6.m train station 30.m Dundee old brewhoues is great value for money try it trust me you love it the staff are fantastic they get a 10 from len fan dabi dozi .
