    We loved that it was very clean and comfortable in the property.
    We didnt like the fact every time you went out somewhere and came back we had to keep coming down to change our key card because it wouldnt work on the door. Also the price could be better I think I had to pay an extra 63 for an extra 1 night so total was about 400 and something which isnt a fair or decent price if your struggling for money and had to stay in the room the last 3 days bored because you ran out of money so couldnt buy no more food, drink or go out shopping anywhere. I think to make it because breakfast, dinner, tea and drinks should be provided in the price to you to stay then it be worth the money because there food and drink aint exactly cheap either 50 for me, my partner and 2 children to have something to eat and drink.

    Centrally located and close to the sea, everything was a short walk away. Room & bathroom were spotless, lovely hot shower and comfortable bed. The staff were all fantastic, making you feel really welcome. Tasty breakfast to to start the day & the restaurant seemed to be very popular with locals throughout the day. Would definitely look at staying again
    The shower wasn't a walk in which would be a problem for some people.

    The staff at night and morning were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely too
    Room 2 given on arrival but carpet was found wet once I took my shoes off, the staff changed room to number 5 but small and tired looking

    Great hotel.
    The location was perfect. Room was immaculate. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, piping hot and value for money. Would definitely stay again.
    Rooms were numbered but no sign posts when exiting the lift so had to open several fire doors to find our room (which was straight through the door ahead lol).

    Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was lovely
    We could hear everything next door was saying and doing we could hear upstairs and outside. The WiFi wasn't good. The heating was not on, the window handle was not working properly therefor could not shut the window and we could hear the generator that was outside the window. The toilet seat kept moving, the shower screen was not high enough for tall people there for the water was everywhere and the bathroom floor was soaking.

    Confortable room, pleasant and helpful staff.
    Breakfast was more than enough, cooked well and lovely waitress. Dissapointed there was no parking at hotel, even though carpark not far - it was a feezing cold walk and had party clotes in hangers in car not in baggage!

    Great weekend, we are regular visitors to the Townhouse and will continue to use it for short break.
    Great breakfast, plenty of choice, friendly staff. Comfortable room , nice decor. Food menu for evening dining has a great choice.
    We had no complaints of service etc, we found the heating in our no 3 bedroom and entrance to room was not sufficient for this time of year , could have been a lot warmer.
