    The Old Manse Pickering has been praised for its fantastic host, clean and cosy rooms, and excellent breakfast with a large menu choice. Guests appreciated the proximity to activities like the North (Read More)Yorkshire railway and the Moors, as well as the friendly and helpful service provided. Some mentioned minor issues like cobwebs but overall highly recommended and would stay again without hesitation.

    Lovely B&B in centre of Pickering.
    Lovely spacious rooms with a roaring fire in the communal lounge - we enjoyed a game of who want to be a millionaire late into the evening. Valerie is a very welcoming host. Lovely breakfast.

    Lovely place to stay. Good hot shower, great breakfast with nice, hot coffee to start the day!
    Friendly welcome, lovely surroundings, tasty breakfast. Nice, hot coffee!
    Scaffolding for renovation works hid the guest house and it took me some minutes to find it in the dark!

    Valerie the host was lovely, Made us feel at home , Beautiful large old house , Ample parking and only 5 mins walk from the Main Street, with pubs and shops etc. , Great breakfast and nothing was to much trouble, Highly recommend
    Valerie and her staff were great. , Really enjoyed our stay. , As it was November a little bit of rain on the sat morning !!

    The Old Manse is a traditional bed and breakfast establishment with owners who really care about their guests comfort a
    The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us tea and biscuits in the lounge and made a fire for us. The bed was huge and very comfortable and everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was ordered the previous evening from a wide selection and served at your table.

    Val made us feel very welcome at The Old Manse with tea and biscuits on our arrival. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. The room was clean and a reasonable size. Plenty of parking at the back of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

    Bonny breakfast, jolly service. Val made an advanced booking for fine dining early in the week. Ample car parking included. Close to NYMR and town.
    We brought too much and struggled with its storage. Lovely and warm but the radiator valve was behind the dressing table .
