Enjoyed everything about this hotel
Very comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff in the reception and restaurant/bar were very accommodating especially Matt who was in attendance on NYE and was brilliant with our little grandson
The NYE meal was exceptional as were the Breakfasts. I will definitely return
A few bits of decoration needed but these are being addressed as the hotel is closing for maintenance.

Welcoming, family friendly with an outstanding restaurant.
A fantastic stay at the Osbourne. Staff were went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was wonderful. We are at the Osbourne each day for breakfast and had an evening meal on NYE. The standard of dinning was outstanding, the Restaurant Manager and Chef created the most fantastic evening experience. Accommodating for our toddler also. A very welcoming and professional approach. Thank you
Works are in progress at the hotel, such that there are a few areas of improvement. E.g ongoing maintenance on the regency building inside and out. However once completed it would be hard to find any snagging issues.

Not worth the cost at all. Needs some attention (not even to detail.. but to basics)
The barman and some receptionist were good. We didnt mind the walk into town but some people may find a little hilly.
Sauna didn't work any days even after telling staff who said they would fix it. No pool or gym staff ever to be of any help. We booked for the sauna and pool so annoyed we couldnt use the sauna. Receptionist took ages to deal with checkouts. Two members of staff with one customer whilst a queue of others. Found a draw in the room which was full of dog treats, poo bags and face masks. Clearly not cleaned properly. A welcome letter from someone else was left in our room so again doubting the cleaning prior to us arriving and surely gdpr issue?? Leaky gutter outside the bedroom window so couldn't have the window open due to a loud drip. Wouldn't stay again especially for the cost.

The staff were great. The food was exceptional and parking was easy.
The staff at breakfast and dinner were rushed off their feet. Matt was great doing it all. In my opinion could have done with one extra staff member

Brilliant staff !
Fantastic! Everything was perfect . Becky and matt could not do enough for you ,best customer service I've ever experienced, always cheerful .room and food excellent and views breathtaking! Will definitely be back late April. Well done to the staff all round 10 /10 .
