    Very good location and nice hotel in a pair of converted town houses, would use again.
    We had the second floor suite at the front of the building facing the port, I was concerned that with the amount of traffic, buses, trains, boats and people it would be noisy. However the sound proofing was fine, no issues. Everything was clean and the dcor of the room and the hotel generally was of a high standard. The full breakfast on offer in the morning was excellent.
    The suite was centrally heated and even with it turned fully off it was warm, without air conditioning I wonder what it would be like in the summer?

    We loved it and will stay here again
    Brilliant location for transport and walking to the town and shopping outlet. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel for travellers to Portsmouth or those staying overnight before travelling elsewhere in the UKor Europe

    Location was wonderful , car park was secure and the staff were very friendly
    The carpet in the room needed replaced due to wear and tear. The sound on the TV needed adjusted so you could hear what was being said.

    Superb location. Close to buses ferries, trains and Historic shipyard. Great views at front of hotel. Plentiful and freshly cooked breakfast.
