The staff are exceptional, although at times distracted
I stayed in a suite and the design of the room is a bit weird - bathtub in the room where the couch should go and the couch facing the wrong way for the tv

Centrally located, quiet, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were kind and most helpful. Also, the food was extraordinarily good.

Sections closed out of season. Service hit and miss. Room partially cleaned every day. Hotel does not know what turn down service means and let they rate themselves 5 star?

Cool Ibiza wibe almost off season - we travel in work so this is superb for us !
We love the wibe ! The staff in reception - lovely ! Deco and rooftop adorable and also restaurant and breakfast - superb ! It's our second time - this is lovely stay if you need to stay in town !
