Only for tourists

Charming location.

Some staff members were unfriendly and the rule that one could not work downstairs during the day was a major disappointment as the in-room WiFi was appalling. Unusable, in fact.

Very pleasant

Staff were very helpful. Nice room lovely bathroom and breakfast and evening meals were excellent

Property was great!!..,the only thing was the cost of local taxis in the local area went to a wedding about 10 mins away and was charged a fortune on outbound and return journeys wish I had driven now to the venue of wedding

Superb

All our needs catered for, will return.

Nothing was too much for the staff, looked after very well. Will be returning in the Summer, when we plan to visit EDen Project.

Price of local taxis, unbelievably expensive.

Very good

Very friendly and hospitable place to stay in the country.

Amazing people: hospitable, flexible, personable, genuinely caring. Beautiful garden setting. Good chef and nice atmosphere at meals. Common areas are a pleasure to spend time in. Good shower, spotless bathroom.

Bed comfort not up to standard (poor mattress). Wifi signal too weak to be usable in the room. Staff brilliant but overstretched.

Excellent stay at the Waterwheel

Really enjoyed our stay and the property was in really good order.Lovely lounge and the food was very good and a varied menu.Would thoroughly recommend The water Wheel and we are hoping to go back in the spring.Its location is brilliant for seeing the major sites.

Wonderful!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and made the stay very pleasant. The food was delicious with a good variety. The location is brilliant and gardens were wonderful! I would definitely stay again.
