    My stay was superb. Excellent staff especially the GM, FnB & Accounts/Finance Manager very good, and
    Breakfast was good with variety too. It provided a diverse meal that cater for everyone's needs
    Availability of light snacks. These should be readily available so that mid day its easy to pick a little snack.

    Perfection! Cant wait to return!
    The hotel is new and of a high standard. Beautiful comfortable rooms with lots of space - king size bed, large ensuite, ample wardrobe space, balcony straight into the pool. The communal areas are also very comfortable with a pool table, spa, gym and several swimming pools around the property. Then you have beach access with comfortable deck chairs and lounge beds. On top of all of this, special shout out to the amazing staff of Toa Hotel. From the restaurant staff, front desk, house keeping and bar men, you were the best part of our stay. Zanzibar hospitality is amazing.

    Remarkable place in Zanzibar for my family
    Its Kids friendly, they have variety of facilities, the pool is amazing, they have rooms with private pools. Everything in the facility is brand new and state of the art. The plantation around the facility makes the walkways unbelievable. The staff are super friendly and are working around the clock. There is Nannies to look after the kids with reasonable price and they are trustworthy. The staff are neat and clean. The place is constantly decorated, the furniture in the rooms are outstanding. They have lots of variety when it comes to food. And they can designate the chef to cater for your need of what you like to eat, especially if its not inclusive in the buffet. The recreational facility arranges all type of tours such as Safaris, quart riding, going to the turtles, snookling, horse riding in the beach, kayaking, and many many more. There is an also a facility of being massaged by the beach.

    The facilities are great and most staff are really friendly. Only staff at the front desk could smile a little bit more.
    A lot of small things can improve, but I also understand this is Zanzibar .... for example many times we got beach towels with a hole in it. And already when you check in, you have to pay the full bill. At dinner buffet if you come late and octopus is finished they do not offer you a sea food alternative. Roof top bar lacks real lounge chairs or comfortable cushions.

    The hotel is excellent, the service is impeccable, the food is very good. Service at the bar is a little slow. The hotel beach is not suitable for swimming - at low tide the sea is almost 2 km away - although the view is very beautiful.
