    They were friendly
    Place smelt of wet dog, looked dirty and couches smelled bad. Bathrooms smelled terrible. No wifi, no restaurants.

    Very disappointed, will to recommend.
    When I booked on Booking.com the pictures was not the same resort. To get to the room needed to use the stair case, which was dirty and old. Bathroom was old and smelling. The unit had a very strong odor smell. Poor facilities for kids. Pool too small to accommodate so many guests. Separate payment required for Jacuzzi and Putt Put. No restaurant.

    A complete waste of money & time!Never again!
    The lady at reception was pleasant.
    Everything! Horrible condition property, old and broken, not safe for a toddler, kids smoking weed by the pool! We checked in , walked past the pool , got into a gloomy horrible room, with a missing lamp cover in our bedroom, a scratched old coffee table,outdated bathrooms, ripped brown sofa, we checked out after 20 mins. We all refused to stay.

    A dump that needs a serious revamp
    I cannot say anything of the stay was exceptional there were so many negatives it was hard to give any credit
    Firstly the kids sleep in the lounge so watching TV is out as you have to make there beds on the couches in the lounge , it rained so we tried sitting on the veranda however this was not possible as the roof is full of leaks so this is not a option , we then decided to go down stairs to braai this became a challenge as the entire roof is leaking , so that turned out a disaster , the general appearance and maintenance is shocking ,the fans in the bedroom are useless ,please try unit 14 fans and see if you can get them to work , the beds are antiquated and terrible to sleep on ,in general a run down establishment , than when you approach the management team they acknowledge the place is run down and will be addressed when the building gets revamped , I would suggest take this dump off your web site this wont be the last complaint coming through

    A deposit of USD 1000 was taken since this was gift to a visiting family membe who did not have a south african bank account. We have not received any confirmation of the refund of the deposit to date .
