I wish the accommodations were as welcoming as the staff.

The staff was very friendly during check in and check out

I was very disappointed that I was charged a $20 extra parking fee per night, even as a paying guest of the hotel. I might have reconsidered staying here had this fee been disclosed at anytime during the booking of my stay. The room itself was only "surface clean" at best. The edges where the carpet met the wall had a build-up of dust and felt gross to walk on with bare feet. The space had a smell like I was staying in someone's attic.

Very good

We had a wonderful time in Dallas and got to relax in our room; we enjoyed Anita Baker tremendously.

The propertys location made it very easy to reach different locationsespecially our concertvery quickly. The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. I liked the kitchenette and closet area.

Youre about to address the issue that was quite surprisingthe older furnishings. I didnt like that I could hear so much of the goings on of the guests above us on the second floor; they were extremely loud.

Our car got robbed in the hotel parking lot and the staff simply told us they had no cameras that could help finding the people responsible.
