I sadly got poisoned in the room, as the bathroom had a really toxic smell in it, that burned my lungs and respiratory system, i had to go hospital and was in a lot of pain trying to breathe.
The house keeping said, the staff that did that room might have used too much chemicals, and as the bathroom had no windows, the smell was penetrating the room severly, even with the bathroom door shut, a towel up it, and room windows open, the smell caused so much damage to my body internally.
The hotel has multiple buildings, the room was very tiny and weird shape, the hotel looked clean and it might have been better, if i could have changed rooms or have been in a different building.
I suffered immense pain and unknown what the chemicals was, they really need to check rooms for those things, and rinse the bleach and other things away, do not leave them and NEVER MIX BLEACH, with anything, as it creates a highly toxic gas, that can kill people. And sadly many house keepers in many hotels do not know that. The house keepers might not be as well trained and just rush the job in many hotels even chains.
I don't know if they mixed here, i can only go by what the 2 house keepers said that the 1 staff who cleaned that room, might have just used too much. And sadly it caused me severe pain & personal injuries.
Bed was not very comfortable, and of course it was very cold with the windows open to try and get air coming in to breathe but still the poison smell was overflowing everywhere.
I hope it's been sorted and it's safer for others now.
