Staff was great. Very accommodating. My room overlooking the pool and harbor was nice.
$75 pet fee is excessive. My dog is 9lbs.I cant stay there again at that rate

Great value for the money, within walking distance to Yoshi's, cafe available for dining.
The location is perfect! Super close proximity to Yoshi's, where we attended a concert, so we could walk to the venue. It was great having the Waterfront Cafe around the corner so we could grab breakfast in the morning.
Not that I didn't like it, but the facility is a bit on the older side. The room was nice, shower a bit small.

Would never go back to this location and makes us wonder about ever using Booking.com ever again.
pretty setting on water.
Our room location was terrible. looked into wall and parking lot. Right above main entrance. Noise whenever hotel entrance door opened and closed. Also, voice noise from check in area even thought we were on 2nd floor. Plus train noise. On top of all of this a $40/night parking charge made overall value terrible. This particular room should always be heavily discounted and people warned before put in this room.

This hotel was very convenient being within walking distance of the ferry, restaurants, downtown
Our room was fine, spacious, clean, quiet. We opted out of daily room cleaning service when we checked in, but the cleaning staff never received those directions until WE told them. Ice machine came in handy because I had a knee injury.
We could hear the ppl above us walking around. Parking was very expensive. We were glad we didnt have a car.

Front desk ,clerk (Christian ) i believe his name was, absolutely needs training or maybe he is not a service industry person .. We all know he doesnt owe the property . he wasnt match to the property ..

I like this hotel
Room view was ok the original room 211 was too small, the gentleman at the counter was gracious enough to let us change rooms. 209 was a much better room.
