What's Good: We recently went on a family trip to Shimla, Kullu, Manali, Kasol, and Chandigarh with *Quality Vacation* , and it was an amazing experience! We were a family of 3 adults and a (Read More)child, and everything from planning to execution was perfectly handled by miss Swara. The trip was was well-organized, we also had customized itinerary that matched our preferences.Swara was very polite and understood our need s and priorities and she planned everything for,infact added few places which we dint think we could cover ... package and services offered were very reasonable — *definitely good value for money and time Our stays were comfortable and pleasant at each location, with clean rooms and friendly staff . We were offered best views from the room too .... A special mention to our driver Abhishek, who was polite, helpful, and ensured a safe and enjoyable journey throughout the trip. We are very delighted with our trip and would happily recommend Quality Vacation to others looking for a well-managed and affordable Himachal tour!

What's Good: Professional services
What's Not Good: Hotels in manali could have been better. Also, hotels should provide both North Indian and South Indian cuisine. Hotel in Manali (Read More)didn't even have a First Aid kit which is thought off as a must in hotels.

What's Good: Support and availability of staff. Special thanks goes to "Bharti Thakur" Immediate resolution of issues came up during the trip. Crystal clear communication as well as terms and (Read More) conditions. No change in itinerary and surprises affecting my trip plan.
What's Not Good: Lack of communication regarding places to visit from cab driver. Sedan vehicle given to me was bit old. Better if you provide new vehicle for such a long and hilly area trip. Even though, I was checking in late at Amritsar hotel, my room was not cleaned. Very limited options for Breakfast. Everywhere same items for breakfast.
